AVOC Plus continues its service to those in need in the North Liberty Area. Available now are gas gift cards for emergency need. For those interested in receiving a card, please complete the form below. Please be mindful to others when completing this form to ensure that those who really need the support receive it. You will be asked to provide your drivers license number in the form for proof of active driving. Cards will be available at the North Liberty Library on December 14, 2024. Please bring your Drivers License with you to receive the card.
